Yup...and there is no cause or suspicion....no return to work issues. They found a joint in the parking lot and are testing EVERYBODY. Calling it random....but using direct observation. My state really doesn't have any laws regarding testing...so I guess employers can get away with what they want??? I am going to have to refuse on principal alone.... I am not a criminal...I will not strip and have some chick staring at my stuff while I pee in a cup....that is just degrading. So I guess I will be losing my job

I would feel differently had I fucked up an initial test....or been stupid enough to be under the influence at work and raise suspicion....still don't think I could pee in a cup in front of anyone....but I would feel different about them.

I feel they are violating my right to privacy. Right now I am more angry than freaked out.
