Hey im new to the forum and all the other threads have been supper helpful but im looking for a lil more info on a way to beat a urine test ive allready started to flush my system by drinking bottles of water im shooting for 5 16 oz bottles a day till monday (the test is monday at 9am) since i am unemployed right now i cant afford to drop tha cash on the creatine so if i just keep flushing my sytem for 4 days and take a hella amount of vitamin b/B12 should i be allright i have a super fast metabolism im 6'1 and 145lbs and i smoke about a qt oz every 5 days thanks for any help i know im new and this is my first post but any good info would be a god sent

Drinking a bunch of water in the days or weeks before a U/A is of no help. Unlike other types of drugs, THC is not water-soluble. THC is fat-soluble. THC is stored in the fat cells and remain stored until the fat cells are burned for energy. Therefore, you cannot "flush" or otherwise rid the fat cells of THC by drinking copius amounts of water.
When fat cells burn, the THC metabolites are released back into the bloodstream. The kidneys filter the THCA from the bloodstream and are deposited into the bladder for the eventual exit. The rate of filteration is unaffected by copius water consumption.

Drinking water is only helpful on the day of the U/A. Thats because the water consumption serves to dilute the THCA concentration that is present in the bladder. The dilution pnenomena, however, is only temporary - once the fluids ingested had all been urinated out, the bladder is replenished with fresh THCA-laden urine by the kidneys, and thus the donor is right back to square one.

You should pick up a home THC test kit and test yourself to see where you stand. When testing yourself, be sure to use the first-mornings urination. If you test positive, then you should consider looking towards substitution and find a clean urine sample to use for the scheduled U/A. Read up on the Substitution "sticky" thread.

The so-called "cleansers" are nothing but a scam to seperate the credulous from their cash. When they do work at all, they work by diluting. You can spend huge sums of money on a magic elixir and accomplish nothing different than what can be accomplished by following the steps outlined in the Dilution 'sticky' thread.

There is no product that can permanently rid the body of THC, as the sales pitches would like the consumer to believe. The only proven way to rid the body of THC is time and fat-burning exercise.

B. "They" will know if doping (drinking tons of H2O) "urine testing" cuz normal urine has a specific p.h. (Seen it all)!!
