How do u mix nutes....beginner here

I am new to hydro and have read things online about mixing nutes but never understand them as they don't explain very good. Just wondering how u mix them . Do u put the water in your res first then put all your nutes in? Do u dilute in a little water first? Ive read things that if u don't put micro before grow u can get lockout is this true? does it really matter which u put first? Any help would be appreciated.......??

Not entirely sure as I'm not much for hydro, however, I think all you need to do is make sure you put each fert in water, like a res first. Put in one measured fert, stir it, then next one.
