...ok first you need to open it up in paint or somthing equivelant then you need to make sure you save it as gif (has lower kb than jpg) then you need to make sure it's no bigger than 100x100 pixels and save it....then it should work...it has to meet a certain size in kb and pixels.....just double check...there shouldn't be a reason it wouldn't work
