Hi, I am a Nevada resident and a Medical Marijuana Patient and just wanted to let everyone know that the new bill SB 374 (it's latest Amendment 333 http://leg.state.nv.us/Session/77th2013/Bills/Amendments/A_SB374_333.pdf Pages 17-18) that will allow for local dispensaries to open around the state will also essentially OUTLAW of growing your own plants!
