    Those are leaves, brah.

Might be Cannabis from the look of 'em.

    Sorry, Just hadda do dat.
Mostly because I don't have a useful answer.

I will say that those tiny globes at the leaf tip are interesting.
    They do look like eggs.
If so, I'd put that leaf in a jar and see what hatches.

And I have read that bottled water has too much added sodium to be used for plants.

I do know that trying to read the PH of distilled water with a digital meter is wasted effort.
Without some free ions or even just trace salts the PH readings are meaningless.
Technically, pure water has no PH.
So, we usually add nutes before we try to take a reading.

You say that you use Hydrated lime, CAOH, to raise PH.
Needing to raise PH is unusual.
How much do you generally need per gallon?

Wish I could be more help.
At least I'm bumping the thread until someone who knows comes along, yah?

    Aloha,
    Weezard

I'm guessing from the looks of the leaves that your somewhere between 4 and 6 weeks? If your that far along, and only using nitrogen, that does also explain some of the deficiencies your showing. You should already be feeding, aside from nitrogen. Although you didn't list your specific brand of soil, miracle grow has several varieties, so if we're looking at a nute issue we'll have to know specifically what soil your using.

@weezard How the heck are you seeing an egg? I see a white spot, but I think its a hole. Maybe some higher res pictures? These are SUPER fuzzy when I zoom in.

I'm new to the growing side myself. If you have a good growing supply store that you TRUST I would bring a leaf and ask for advice. Also take a soil sample for testing. It's the little details that will hang you everytime.

Quincy would def recommend an electron microscope, Book'em Danno! Hey seriously, hi res shot, a 35 x microscope or even a 1:1 digital camera would work. Personally hate the little scopes, purchased & never used it. It's like a monocle. Possibly a reading magnifier??

    Peace out

At first sight of trouble, I thought insects, so I sprayed w Safer's 3 in 1 Garden Spray. An insectiside and antifungal. That may be the residue on leaves. I will wash it off now. I just transplanted to a ten gallon pot. I used 33% Black Gold, 33% FFOF and 33% perlite. After I wash off I will release some Lady Bugs but I dont know if they will eat this particular bug, if it is a bug. The original Miracle Grow I used was Moisture Control, it says it will fertilize for six months. The plant is a full four months old. The leaves are small because I have pinched and pruned so it is a very thick bushy plant. Last week I took my first cloning and will rely on cloning for any pinching and pruning in the future. The plant was flourishing, two weeks ago when I watered added some nitrogen, and half doses of Dyna-grow 7-9-5, half dose of Ohrstro's Maxicrop 0-0-1 liquid Seaweed and a half dose of NSR's Grow Juice 2-1-3. So I dont know if I over fertilized because the Miracle Grow was still supplying adaquate fert's, or if the fertilizer in the Miracle Grow has run out early and they are starving for nutes. I have added some more pic's, I only have an iphone 4S for pic's. Still no solid answers if insect or nute prob. Any advise is desperately needed and appreciated.

It appears that the correct answer was contained within the question.
    Carry on.
