[EDIT] Also. How many times can you top your plant during veg before it starts to become unhealthy? How long should I wait until I top again?
Depends on how healthy it is when you start, yah?

I let mine get 2 sets of leaves between nips.
I stop when the branches begin to alternate.
(That means it's ready to flower)

I started a little early but I live in california and its already been hitting 80 degrees everyday. Im only growing 2 plants from seed, both are the same unknown "purple" strain.
