Side Effects when stopping the oil?

I started on the oil, pin prick dose before going to bed about a month ago.

I didn't take it last night. There were some side effects such as irregular heart beats,
depersonalization, feeling of unreality, and other symptoms.

I took a tiny little bit, and the symptoms went away...

Anyone else experienced this?

OOops, I made a mistake, I did too much much less than I usually take, the usual
pin prick dose before going to sleep.

This could mean that either, it was not enough last night, hence today's symptoms,
or that I should up the dosage.

I would rather wean off, if anyone can offer advice. There are problems with supplies,
which in the end will cause more damage than warranted, specially with heart failure and
ischemic heart disease.

Any advice much appreciated on how to slowly stop (as with many other meds, such as beta blockers,
thyroid, hormones, hypertension meds etc...),
