basically, you need to heat the weed to "activate" it (i.e. make it into a chemical form more readily accessible by the brain-- I think it decarboxylizes is?), and you need to store the THC for future consumption in fat of some sort because THC is fat, but not water, soluble.

So you can get the THC into: Peanut butter, milk, butter, margarine, cream, various cooking oils, cheese, etc.

So, my suggestion? Sautee some garlic and bud in olive oil, strain out the garlic and bud **BUT SAVE THE OIL**, and then mix back in the frying pan the bud/garlic oil, some heavy cream and parmesean and asiago cheese, some freshly grated (or powdered, if that's all you got) nutmeg, and a little black pepper. Cook over low heat until it's relatively thick, and serve over fettucine. Voila, simple and -incredibly- easy fettucine al-FRIED-o!
