i have made the butter before. it's pritty good. next time it's 90+ degreas out try this
simmer lightly 1-3 cups heavy cream depending on yer bud count
put in your ground erb stem and all, at least a 1/4 to make it worth your trouble, but less will be ok. cook for 15-20 or untill the cream turns neon green.set this aside.
2 zip lock bags 1 realy big,1 little smaller
fill big bag with ice,and salt put the cream mixture in the other. now put the smaller bag of cream into the bigger bag. MAKE SURE THEY ARE BOTH SEALED. then toss or shake them up. like 10-15 minutes later BAM
you got erb icecream. after its like soft serv you can freeze it. you can mix in any thing you want.
