yea 250w fluo can be ok. yes a fan is kinda a need, and u just need to have a small grow box where light cant penetrate when its on the dark period.
heres what u need:
-light
-mylar or aluminium foil to reflect light
-soil
-fertilizers
-timer
well good luck

thank you, so i can use the 250w fluro for vegitive and flowering?im guessin i just turn it off for 12 hours wen i wana flower the plant, do i have to completley seal up the cabinet and make it air tight durin the 12 hour dark period so no light escapes and would it be ok to open the door and rest a fan beside the plant during the 12 hour light period????
sorry for all the questions but how often do i put fertiliser in and if i only want less then 2 foot overall growth then what size pot will i use and can i use that pot for my seedling or will i have to use a smaller pot for the vegitave cycle???? thanks

no, you don't want to make it airtight. just light-proof. the plants need oxygen to survive and grow.
Could these sensations make me feel the pleasures of a normal man?

so how do i stop the light gettin in and let air in at the same time?im thinkin about a cabinet lined with mylar with fluro lights inside and air holes cut in the side of the cabinet and a door on the front,
i was goin to buy a little battery powered fan and put that inside beside the plants and close the door and leave the fan on for a couple of hours every day, would that set up work??? i need help also whats a low smelling plant coz i dont want a stinker in my room, thanksweed is from the earth

Buy a louvered vent cover. It will let air in but block light.
And a battery powered fan wouldn't be worth a wank, think how many batteries you'd go through lol! Get a small oscillating desk fan, you can get them for about £10.
