I am a traveling healthcare worker based in TX. I'm in Central CA now doing a 3mo. job. I would love to acquire a MMJ card... would it be possible to get a CA ID & still keep my TX drivers license? I'm so tired of having to dick around w/ riff-raff because I never know anyone where I end up (obtaining "meds") --- it's just wrong that I have to go black ops to do this (naturally folks are afraid that I'm Johnny Law).
Any advice would be greatly appreciated...

yeah, if you just get a Cali ID card and not a CA dl then I think that should be alright but check the dmv about the three months. good luck.

I will definitely give them a call (I may leave out the fact that I will only be here 3mos.). thanks for replying and thanks for the luck...
