    Help what can I do?

I guess I started flowering to late, one of my plants was about a foot tall mayble couple inches bigger when I induced flowering....now its 6 1/2 feet tall. My ceiling is 8 feet tall and im worried that its gonna outgrow its space. I cant really move the light any higher and it wont stop growing and it has loads of bud sites. Ill post some pictures later as its in its dark cycle right now. My question is, can you do the low stress training when im already midwayish into flowering? What are some other alternatives I could do to help? I changed nutes this week and didn't add any grow formula to the mix only bloom and micro, will that help? The other plant is maybe half its size and both plants were topped/fimmed. The smaller one actually has 2 branches where I did it so assuming that one was topped.....the other one still seems to have a main cola and thats the plant with what appears to be over 10 budsites...I know probably doesnt help right now not having pictures but will post some later tonight, thanks!!!

Also the main stem on the biggest plant is pretty thick, ive looked at videos of people lsting and their branches seem kind of flimsy so they seem to bend easier....im afraid if I try to bend it, it will snap.

you definitely lst it now. just dont try to get it to bend to where you want all at once. move the parts you want to bend down a little every day.

Had the same problem with 2 of my snoop dog power kushes 2 weeks ago...took a piece of felt wrapped it around the stem approx. 1/3 the way down tied string around the felt, drilled a hole in the top of my bucket and slowly pulled the plant over....every 2 days untie and gradually bend the plant a little more until you get it where you want it ...just be gentle you won't break it...I've done this many times.

Agree with tie down, go easy. Still thinking about 14in to 6&1/2 feet in bloom cycle. How much time did it take?

I got mine where I wanted them in the second bend ...I do the same thing in outdoor grow using tent stakes to avoid detection by the cop-ters when I'm done bending they're horizontal...just be GENTLE you might have yours where you want them in the second bend...when you gently pull on the string assist the plant with your hand I've been doing this for 30 yrs. haven't broke a plant yet.

    Help what can I do?

Thx guys for replies so far, ill post some pictures in a hour when the lights come on. With this being my first grow was worried I would break it. And I would also like to know how/why it went from 12-14 inches to 6 1/2 feet. Im about 5 10 and its nearly a foot taller then me. Im guessing sativa but still that seems insane. I have been budding it for probably a month to a month and a half now (2 months at most), I should have kept track but the bud sites are seeming to grow more and more everyday now, im curious to when the actual buds will start forming? I am seeing a lot of hairs and the leaf development seems to have stopped for the most part, just doesn't look like buds to me yet then again being my first grow not sure exactly how it should/will look. How long do sativas generally take to bud/finish? Im using some bag seeds I found in some supposedly OG Kush I found back when I was buying. Found maybe 1 or 2 seeds every like 10-15 bags of half oz I would buy were rare but saved them when I gotem. Once I get everything down and know what im doing ill look online to buy my seeds, and will look for strains that dont get so tall heh.

given enough time, space and light sativas can get huge. when i used to grow outdoors they could easily get to 9-10 feet. they do get pretty ratty down lower tho. the flower time can be pretty long on sativa also

Yea it seems the lower part of the plant doesnt look as good as the top, but since adding more lights it has took way off. I was using a 400watt hps then switched to a 432 watt led then about 2 weeks in threw 8 CFLs for blooming (they are the 2700k ones, soft/warm light) in the mix and it has worked awesome. I have noticed a lot better and faster growth since switching to the LED's and plus ofcourse it helped with electricity and heat issues. Also since adding the CFL's I have noticed the other lower branches producing bud sites that werent there at first, guess the extra light is paying off, hoping to get a decent yield for my first time, which if all goes well till they finish I think I should.......what do yall think? Here are some pix. As you see both were same height and budded at same time.....the other was maybe 2-3 inches shorter if that, and see the difference? I figured I did bud them on time, just wasnt expecting that one on the right to get so massive so quick lol.

Wanted to add, these were the pictures of the plants when I started the 12/12 cycle, originally had 6 but only 2 were female (think I may of pulled a 3rd to early wasnt sure but wanted to be safe) The one in the bucket in this picture is the one on the left.....the one in the plastic tote in the front right was the one now by itself on the right.
