pretty easy disease to deal with, actually. Just about anything will kill it. Dry it out, vinegar, olive oil and water (sounds like salad dressing) with a drop or two of 'plain' dish detergent works on living plants. I've had lots of experience with a phlox plant that gets pm every year, as well as some bee balm and lilac bushes. I used Safer fungicidal soap but it's not necessary (and it's costly). I'll fill up (well, one gallon or so) a 2 gallon sprayer with the vinegar water and detergent and spray everything, over and under all leaves. Another solution is one tablespoon of baking soda to a gallon of water with the detergent and one teaspoon of veg or olive oil. Spray liberally.

On the grow equipment I go with ammonia and water or bleach and water (but never both).

Good luck
