dead leaves?
I accidently burn one of my plants with a fan heater. I didn't reliase it got so hot and it has cooked one side of my plant. Now some of the leaves have gone brown. Is there anything i can do to make it survive e.g. prune or pull and of the dead leaves off?
Any help would be cool, Cheersmadfreek Reviewed by madfreek on . dead leaves? I accidently burn one of my plants with a fan heater. Marijuana can be amazingly resilient! If you only burnt one half, and the stalk itself is not withered, it may well survive. Cut back burnt leave, unless more than 50% damaged or obviously going to die, then pluck'em.
Products like "Thrive Alive" or "Super Thrive" help with shock. Good Luck!

Do i cut them back where the node meets the stem?
I live in the UK but i put it on the hot blow setting instead of the cool one.
I was told by someone that UV lights are good to use as a suppiment light? Is this true or just a load of shit?
Cheers

uhhh, bullshit on the UV. Stick with the standard HID's. Stick with the mainstream for growing until you have enogh experience to get anything out of experiments. You will get your ears filled with crap if you let'em. Consider the source.
Dying leaves should be completely removed. Besides taxing the plants energy resources it also can leave susceptible to bugs or disease if left unmanicured.
