Only periodic testing with a THC test kit can realistically answer that question. Each persons body is different and there are just too many variables involved to give you an answer.

BTW, exercise does not burn THC out of your body. Exercise burns fat cells, which, in turn, releases the stored THC metabolites back into the bloodstream. The kidneys filter the THC metabolites from the bloodstream and are deposited into the bladder for the eventual exit. This is the main reason why THC carries a longer detection period than other types of drugs.

It is also the reason why it is advised to curtail all fat-burning activities and be as dormant as possible if the scheduled U/A is 3 days (or less) away.
