Yes, I used the urinator with clean natural urine. It worked perfect, 98 on the dot. The urinator makes NO noise. Don't worry about noise, just worry about pinching the tube so it doesn't make a mess. It fit OK in a semi-loose pair of pants, the plastic angles of the urine punch kind of pushed against my thighs and hurt a little but it's a small price to pay to pass the test. Just buy a few sets of batteries and practice a few nights before your test. Walk around a lot with it on. I realize this is too late for the poster above me but it could help someone in the future.
