Do I have all of the necessary tools to pass?

Hey guys,

A little background info: soon-to-be college grad, started applying for jobs recently, didn't expect to hear anything back until around early May when I finish. Well, a company called a few days later, interviewed me, and made an offer. It is an offer I cannot lose (salaried, benefits, the works). I have been a heavy daily user for 6 years. I quit cold turkey on March 15, before I began applying (I didn't anticipate testing for 2 months or so). I tested myself yesterday- still dirty (no surprise there). I have a drug screen at a local clinic this Friday or the following Monday. I know I won't be clean. I must sub.

My wife has never done drugs or pills, and is not even on birth control. She is willing to pee for me. So far in preparation, I have purchased:
1. The urinator
2. A jock strap (to place/conceal the urinator)
3. A pair of pants one size larger than normal (with a belt).

My plan is to have her pee for me around noon, and place that in the Urinator. The testing site is a half hour away. I am told I won't have to wait long. The Urinator will arrive tomorrow- giving me at least 3 days to practice. I plan on practicing by filling the Urinator with her urine, waiting about 4 hours, then pouring it into a cup and measuring the temperature to ensure it truly does keep the sample at 98 degrees. I will likely repeat this at least 4 times, for purposes of my own paranoia.

Do you guys have anything additional to add that I should consider? I feel I will be adequately prepared, but do not want to make any mistake. I have spent many hours reading this forum and others in regards to this subject, but with so much on the line you can never be too careful. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Yes, get Quick Fix sub as a backup. Just in case this option does not go well or you do not feel comfortable with it. Practice with both, and choose the safest and easiest method you feel comfortable with.

Yup. Sorry for delay in response. I decided to give up smoking for good now. Today is 42 days clean. Wonder if I am finally clean yet.

Hey bste124.... did you use the urinator? with the clean pee from your friend?

I will be using the urinator with clean pee from a friend in 2 days. Just curious about your experience... did it make any noise? Was it small enough to fit ok in your gouch? Anything I should know before use? Thanks!

Yes, I used the urinator with clean natural urine. It worked perfect, 98 on the dot. The urinator makes NO noise. Don't worry about noise, just worry about pinching the tube so it doesn't make a mess. It fit OK in a semi-loose pair of pants, the plastic angles of the urine punch kind of pushed against my thighs and hurt a little but it's a small price to pay to pass the test. Just buy a few sets of batteries and practice a few nights before your test. Walk around a lot with it on. I realize this is too late for the poster above me but it could help someone in the future.

TL;DR: urinator works, practice a lot first though for confidence.
