Let us assume you could and did get away with it. What is to stop them from randomly testing you in the future... when you are out of state for that job? What happens if they somehow found out? Fraud is still a punitive damage you could get stuck with if it is a contractual job.

I have a HAIR drug test coming up soon (idk how soon.. probably in the next couple weeks) for pre-employment. This is my dream job! I stopped smoking when they told us at the interview that they do hair tests. That was 2 weeks ago. The two weeks before I stopped I was smoking about 3 times a week. And before that, I smoked 5-7 times a week (all heavy usage). I'm a female with long hair, and I cannot bleach my hair because of other commitments. I have Rating: 5
