Having someone else go take my hair test for me?

Okay I haven't seen much about this topic. I have a HAIR drug test coming up soon (idk how soon.. probably in the next couple weeks) for pre-employment. This is my dream job! I stopped smoking when they told us at the interview that they do hair tests. That was 2 weeks ago. The two weeks before I stopped I was smoking about 3 times a week. And before that, I smoked 5-7 times a week (all heavy usage). I'm a female with long hair, and I cannot bleach my hair because of other commitments. I have however always gotten my hair professionally dyed, and I go every 5-6 weeks to have my roots done. I have my next appointment this Friday. Also, I blow dry my hair on hot everyday, use a curling iron a couple times a week, and straighten my hair a few times a week. Hopefully all of that heat that's been damaging my hair will help.

Here's the thing, I've done my research. I know without the bleaching, my chances are slim of passing in the next week or two. I can buy the shampoo, but I want to be sure I can pass this test. I have a few friends that look A LOT like me (hair color, eye color, height, facial features, etc) that are clean. My job would be out of state, and my test would be at a local LabCorp. I've read that I would only need a photo ID. If my friend could easily pass for me with the photo ID, and I'm SURE she would pass the test, would that be my best option? I haven't really seen anyone talk about this in the forums.. but I have seen a couple people say that they just barely glance at the ID to make sure it looks like you, and that's it. Could we get away with it?

I've read that I would only need a photo ID. If my friend could easily pass for me with the photo ID, and I'm SURE she would pass the test, would that be my best option? And you'd really want to place any credence on this? Even after youve stressed that this was your "dream job"?

Perhaps the reason why youve havent "seen anyone talk about this" is because the whole idea is just far too risky, pointless, and totally nonsensical. Suppose that youve encounter a collector whose observant enough to spot the mismatched signatures between the CCF form (in which the donor has to sign) and the photo ID?

If you really want this dream job, one of the smartest things to do is to forget this idea.

You could. But if you didn't?

Let us assume you could and did get away with it. What is to stop them from randomly testing you in the future... when you are out of state for that job? What happens if they somehow found out? Fraud is still a punitive damage you could get stuck with if it is a contractual job.
