Spider mites and no pest strips

I am into week 2 of flower before I noticed spider mites. I tried neem oil and didn't seem to work, I have a no pest strip hanging in a 6'x6' tent, on day three of this there are still mites. Do I need more strips for the area or try something else?

3 days with a no pest strip? Are you sure the bugs/mites you are seeing alive still? Also you want to lose the strip 4 weeks before harvest for the pestiside to disapate.

Yea...you may have gotten an old strip...new ones kill spider mites overnight. Go get another one if it ain't too late! You must be very careful what you let in a grow room...better to change clothes b4 you go into your room than carry all kinds of pests in with you. Also ck fresh air inlets and spray neem there also. They got in there somehow!

I have been using these things and i am impressed. I have spent well over a grand on other products that did not work!! Although i am still seeing a few after 3 weeks, i see juvenile mites, and they have to live to die. I don't notice new eggs either. Which tells me they are dieing before they can breed.i had the two spotted mites by the way. Wish i would have known of this remedy years ago, i would have saved a small fortune, and gotten rid of the devil bug.

You need to shut down almost all ventilation. I had the little bastards and they ALL died after 3 days of no lights and no air moving. I spray daily with 5 drops of dish soap in a gallon of water (to kill the eggs and keep 'em away for good). Just a small fan in back of the strips and you'll be ok. THIS REALLY WORKS!!
