Alabama, Hawaii, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, Vermont.

kinda interesting that California is not in this list. I used to think Cali would be the first to legalize but I'm starting to think they may be one of the last. not sure why?
