i would start by posting his name and address on this site if possable his picture then since he threatened you with the law i would also post his name and address on www.whosarat.com then find out where his kids go to school let him know that you know this and if he still dosnt pay up get a fucking baseball bat and beat his door in and take the money there is no more room on this planet for thieving snitches
