This guy is probably a new member now and has his next
ounce on the way to one of his friends houses in a different
town.

I bet he called all his scammer friends and told them there is a funny
guy on the internet that will send a full ounce cad of killer bud and just
trust anyone to pay for it.

Do not do CAD for new members or for more than 2-3g's
cause whats the piont of sending more than that. If someone
is desperate they will be more than happy to get 2-3g's cad
so they know they can trust someone.

Is mari a major crime in UK? or is it slack like canada?

Do they consider it a class 1 narcotic like tha USA and indonesia?

It reached the customer April 18.
