Harry, it is too bad that this kind of thing happens. From what it looks like is that some stupid kid pulled a fast one on you. He sees that it is CAD, so he goes and buys a load of weed (in this case an ounce) and then wondering whether or not it will be sent, he recieves it and knows that there is nothing you can do about him paying you, so he sends you a threatining e-mail. It seems like BS to me because if he really was working for authorities he would not have sent you an email, he would have gone to more drastic measures.
