i would start by posting his name and address on this site if possable his picture then since he threatened you with the law i would also post his name and address on www.whosarat.com then find out where his kids go to school let him know that you know this and if he still dosnt pay up get a fucking baseball bat and beat his door in and take the money there is no more room on this planet for thieving snitches

paypal is not a good idea.
they are owned by ebay and it leaves computer records of all moneys paid in and out.
not a good idea at all also someone had a problem useing paypal a while ago. he sent out delivery after payment the customer never got the goods as i think the postman stole it so he then claimed back the money through paypal...
