fANS,,how long to run them
Well my box is 2'x3x3 I will have a pc fan bringing air in and a pc fan blowing out through a carbon filter, and a small seprate fan blowing on the plants. My question is do the pc fans that move air in and out of the box run all the time, these fans will also be cooling the box , lights on 24/7. Does the fan thats blowing on the plants run all the time or does it need to be on a timer. Thank for loking.

You should get a temp/humidity tester for your box and try to keep temps 60-80 and humidity 50-70. The fan being on will lower both these values.

put the lights on a 18 on/6 off cycle or similar. 24/7 isnt a real bonus. everyone needs a break even plants.

Never run 24/0.
You always need a recirculating fan moving air in the box.
You need a thermostat/humidistat to turn the exhaust system on when temps or humidity get too high.
As mentioned 60-80 degrees and humidity can be higher in Veg, but flower humidity needs to be in the 40% range. Too high of a humidity factor will cause mold/mildew problems in Bloom phase.

Wanted a fan thread, I think there really important. But grow room environment seems to limit life, squirrel cages and can fan have worked long term but would like to find good blade fans for in the room. One that will start after just a couple years of service

I use axial fans exclusively...most CFM for your buck, low low electrical usage, and they seem to last forever. 5 years on the same fans, no failures at all. You DO have to clean them every once in a while. A dirty fan blade only moves HALF the air it's rated!!! ( Even more true on squirrel cage type blowers) Fans are always on...lights? It don't matter to them plants one bit if you run them 24/7 but you're electric bill will be lower with 18/6. Regardless of light schedule always run your fans, and vent or heat as needed to maintain 78 degrees...Humidity is a far far secondary concern and not critical. They will grow at 60F, but very slowly. Read sticky's!
