What kind of tests can I expect from clinic?
I recently got hired and I found out that I'm going to have to do a test in a day or two. I was told I was going to a clinic to to have it done. My question is, what kind of tests can I expect to come across and how strict are they? I doubt it'll be anything as strict as a government test but how strict do they get and how worried should I be? The last time I smoked was March 9th and today is March 21st. That's 12 days of no smoking. I'm 5'7" and about 190. I plan on flushing for the test but I don't have the money to go out and buy all the necessary supplies that the stickied post describes. Any advice/suggestions? Or should I start kissing my job goodbye now?

I think I might not be clear enough. I guess what I'm really asking is, are there other types of urine tests out there besides just the dip stick test (Hair and Blood tests aside), and if so, how sensitive are they? Also, if there are other forms of testing besides the dip stick method, how likely would I be to come across those in a clinic?

A clinic might just test on site. Some agencies do that, but you could always sub with QF or something from a local head shop or smoke shop.

Yeah I'm pretty sure that's what's gonna happen. The guy who hired me told me that it's a simple get in and get out thing so I'm thinking its on site. I'm just unsure how they will test and how difficult something like that will be to beat. Should I be concerned? If it comes down to it I'm not afraid to tell the guy what's up and basically beg for this job lol. I'd just rather not do that if I don't have to.

Spend the money and sub, or at least buy the Urinator or something (less hassle with temp variation, so i hear). Even if you spend $200 on everything, that is a small price to pay for a job. You won't pass. Trust me, I was overly optimistic and thought after 2.5 weeks I would pass. I failed miserably on my at-home test.
