Again, it would be too cost-prohibitive to run the GC/MS as the primary analysis.
You'd have to remember (or at least, you'll learn in time after racking up some years in the corporate rat-race) that ALL businesses (that even includes the Health Care field) have a bottom line to look after. No employer in their right mind of business would imperil that bottom line by testing the urine of every Tom, Dick, or Harry on the payroll, using the GC/MS right out of the chute. They would not last as a business - especially if they have a large payroll.
