It's impossible to tell if they are a complete loss without pics. It would be nice if you can post some. If not, you have to use your judgment. If you added organic fert to soil, any more fert might be a bad thing. What soil are you using? You won't need pH or ppm meter for a soil grow. a 100% perlite grow isn't the same as using soil. Exactly what is your grow like now?

I did not check the ph, ppm accurately assuming it would grow easily. I stay on the cheap side by using urine as my fertilizer at first*which I quit doing*. I transplant my plants to organic soil, and it's been a week, and there's little sign of growth. The plants are still alive, but look like crap. I bought the clones in January.
