Flowering too early?

It's about 12 days old 24/0 Light cycle under 4 CFLs.

Just yesterday I noticed the stems starting to turn a purplish-ish color and growth from the top of the bottom node.
I was wondering what is going on, is it flowering too early?

And what are my options from here?

What type of soil are you using? PH? I don't see an issue, but I will mention that seedlings started under 24/0 are likely to be male. PLants need a rest in order to grow and flourish. I never use 24/0, never! If I were growing clones, then maybe I could see it, but I find that 16/8 works best for seedlings...It allows stronger root development, and raises the chance of a seedling being female.

Another thing about using a shorter photo-period during Veg is: You have less stretching during the transition phase to flower. good Luck.
