    something to think about

so i have been watching the jodi arias trial. if you dont know what its all about short story is she murdered her boyfriend by shooting him,
stabbing him almost 30 times(mostly in the back), and slitting his throat ear to ear almost severing his head. then gave 3 different stories
about it and finally decided to claim self defense. as im watching the trial go along they played recordings of phone conversations of the
two of them talking about various bs. it wasnt the content of the recording that got my attention so much as the fact that they have
recordings of conversations that occured long before the crime was committed......neither of them had made the recordings.
That freaked me out since the only way they could have gotten them was if ALL calls are recorded and saved as data.
in fact that is absolutely true. every phone call landline or cell, every email, every text is saved. I have a couple friends in different
branches of law enforcement and they both confirmed it. everything is recorded as data. and yes software monitors them in realtime meet
enough of the criteria and you start setting off flags.
there are rules, they cant just listen in on any conversation anytime they want etc. it takes a warrant and they can only get what pertains to
the investigation or warrant. but that being said if you emailed, texted, or talked about it on the phone its been saved as data and it can be retrieved.
the real scary thing is both of the bastards chuckled about it when i asked them. but they both also said that unless youre a terrorist, murderer, or major drug dealer
you have little to worry about. its an expensive process so there has to a better reason than what most of us need be concerned with.
it is something to keep in mind though.

    Frightening! Absolutely frightening!

On cell phones, due to ease of eavesdropping, I am very careful of what I say.

Right after 911, I recall how it was publicized, how certain words tipped off in cell phone conversations generated a "Flag," if you will~for lack of a better word. And terrorists were sought out.

Reading this, it all makes sense! This is a thread/post that everyone needs to read. "Outta be a Sticky."

    :thumbsup:Thank You Mal420xl: :rasta: pr

I use keywords every call. If terrabytes are what they want, give it to them. I have also asked if the device was ready to be deployed. Timer and thermite are good ones.

While yes, it may be something "everyone should know," it doesn't really have as much to do with marijuana as it does general knowledge.

    Sorry, no sticky.

even if there where rules, u think the government would follow them? If we lie or cheat the Government it's a felony. If they do it they call it "Politics"
