I think maybe you're asking the wrong group of people - most people here are looking at max THC.

I would think that hemp seeds would be very inexpensive compared to seeds used to grow marijuana - 100 grams would be slightly less than four ounces of seed and should be very cheap if you're talking bird-food grade. If anyone looks closely at mixed wild bird food, you can see what looks like pot seeds in there.
