parental problems

i'm an unlucky son of a bitch. my dad (an assistant principle at my high school) caught me smoking a joint outside my house when i thought he was at work. so a few hours later my mom calls me outside and the 3 of us start talking. they were saying some bullshit about how weed is bad and they were fixed that it was gonna ruin my life forever. well i told them they shouldn't be smoking cigarettes so much, and that i should be getting after them. my dad, who smokes at least 6 cigs a day, told me that cigarettes won't lead people to other drugs like pot will or some crap like that.

so here i am telling you what happened, and i'd just like some suggestions to help others deal with their parents if something like this happens to them.

I think the first thing you should do if you get caught is be calm and give a good explanation on why you do it and why you don't think it's wrong. since my parents are such uptight asses they didn't even wanna listen to what i had to say about it and told me i was 'immature' because of my point of view. i hope you all have better luck than i do and that this thread helps if your luck ever runs out.

oh, and i made a deal with them that i'd stop smoking weed if they stop smoking cigs, and my mom immediately agreed to it but my dad didn't say anything. tha'ts when i came inside to write the thread.

man fuck ur parents smoke all u want, just be more carefull, remember they cant control you, noone can...most parents try to make thier kid become a "good" member of society. Fuck that fuck society its all mind controlling bull shit. And they arnt gona stop smoking cigs cause they are addicted, they just wont around you. excactly. That's what you should do, have them joints ready for action! Quitting cigs is like hell my friends dad said, nothing compared to heroin or crack probablly, but yeah....

yeah my dad actually quit for a few months a few years back. But he lost his temper once and started again.

What happens if only your mom is able to quit? Will you stop smoking weed? If she thinks weed will destroy you then there is a real possibiliy that she could quit pretty easily.

When you smoke just try to be safe and dont let noone see you and who cares your seventeen your old enough to make your own choices.
