Pre-Employment Test Question
Looking for a little advice here...
Overview, I have been a daily smoker for about 2 yrs with a few week breaks over the time. I consider myself to be an average build, 180lbs @ 6'3. I quit smoking 2 weeks ago for a job I was interviewing for (in the job overview they mention an extensive background check and a drug screen, although I cannot validate whether or not they actually test), after communicating with the employers I was under the impression I was out of the running for this position, so I started back up for roughly 5 days poking my one hitter a couple times a day. This last Saturday (3 days ago now) I was informed they want me for a more advanced position than the one I applied for, so obviously I stopped smoking again. I know they have more interviews this week and possibly early next week, but I was informed I would be contacted soon (end of this week or early next) regarding further steps if any.
Now for my question. I have been been consuming large amounts of sports drinks and working out often (will be stopping 3 days prior to test if I am notified I will have to take one), and trying to eat many small meals throughout the day in order to keep my metabolism running as well as it can. I had purchased a magic potion (xxtra clean) prior to beginning my research, and plan to attempt the dilution method as I am too nervous to attempt a sub. I will be following N2's technique to the T and am wondering since I already have the potion, which, from my understanding, is basically using the dilution method. Could using this potion according to its directions negatively impact my dilution process, the test results, or my health in any way? Also, are there any additional steps/methods I should be following to assist in my cleansing/dilution over what I expect will be about a week if I have to test?
I have also noticed quite a few comments about Tums/Rolaids in N2's sticky, but there is no mention of when/why/what these will do for you, any further information on this would also be helpful.
Thanks to those of you willing to provide me with any insight/advise on this stressful time of my life....for those of you that can....blaze one for me...:thumbsup:pokerpike Reviewed by pokerpike on . Pre-Employment Test Question
Using the magic potion alongside with N2's Dilution method will increase the chances of a "too-dilute" ruling.
Forget the snake oil and just stick with N2s method, using Gatorade in place of water.

Pre-Employment Test Question
Thanks BT for the feedback....I am still curious about when and how many Rolaids/Tums I should take? I feel I have spent hours searching and reading all posts including keywords (Tums, Rolaids, Antacids, etc) and am yet to find an answer to my question, other than people saying "I should have taken some tums..." and the like.
Any feedback?
Thanks

Pre-Employment Test Question
The Tumbs/Rolaids was used to help maintain a satisfactory S/G. But you can accomplish the same thing by using Gatorade in place of water.
Nobody will know how much Tums you would have to take without knowing what the "baseline" level of your S/G would be before diluting - and you will not know this without testing your S/G with a validity test strip. These strips are inexpensive and are found online by doing a Google search for "drug adulteration test kits".
Having these kits at hand when utilizing dilution techniques is highly recommended, as these kits will also be used to check your creatinine level as well.
