Just got an aerogarden and the seed that sprouted has like web at bottom is this okay

My aerogarden first weed seed sprouted but i noticed like this web or white web yesterday I picked some off with tweezers and it kinda came back any ideas what the problem could be. First timer so anything helps

Tuff to determine without a pic but I'm "Guessing" the root system is forming. I germinated a few in an Aerogarden last Oct. They really took off !! I ended up transplanting to pots before root system got too developed.

Check out youtube if you haven't done so already. Fantastic potential.
