Is My Plant Ready To Transition to flowering

you can put a plant into a 12/12 any time and by the leafs its an indica so it dosent need to be too tall so the answer is yes
but i see you didnt put alot of money into your grow
    so here is some advice
1.white is actually more reflective then ten foil (i know doesnt sound right but it does) it actually the best thing you can do without useng mylar
2.since or plants are kind of short and lanky to be eight weaks that means you dont have proper lighting (cant use regular bulbs) use flouresant ling CFLs (p.s. no black lights dont work ) and you need about a 400w or about 6 to eight 60w
hope this helps with your grow setup!!!

Actually I got 2 26w cfls I was just using a regular 60 Watt bulb because I thought an energy efficient one wouldn't be as good

I dont flower until my plants reach at least 12 inches tall. Get more lights on your plants and move them 2 to 3 inches away from the top of your plants. They are stretching due to the light being too far away. If you are using cfls you can almost touch the plant with the light. More light equals bigger plants.

Dito on taking away the tin foil. I made that mistake on my first grow too. You will get what you put into your grow. You need proper lights and proper nutes to get healthy plants. Good luck.

yep they got it right on there. your light is too weak. pump up the light another week or so to give yourself a few more nodes and make the switch.
