I'd bet I'm not alone in saying I've got a hundred questions of you before I answer.

you have the privacy + security plus the government's permission to grow outside? if you're even considering it and you don't have the aforementioned, you're not afraid of prison? you might have some bragging rights in stir, but............

Where I live in Northern Europe our Summers tend not to be so good with lots of rain and high humidity so I have more control growing indoors.
