Aurora Indica LST vs Topping

Alright I have 4 Aurora Indicas around 20 days old from seed. They are vegging under 400 watt hps I know thats not the ideal bulb for veg but its all I got. Does anyone got experience with the strain? All advice is welcomed but my question is does this strain respond better to lst or topping? I would like to add im a rookie so keep that in mind as well. Ive done a lot of research and im confident I can do either but which will increase my yield the most? And how old should the plant be before I begin either? Ill post pics tomorrow, thanks.

I just saw a post by bloomin idiot that said feminized seeds are more likely to herm with stress...these are feminized seeds.
