I have flouridosis, which is dark brown stains on the teeth from over exposure to fluoride as a young child, before the permanent teeth were fully developed in the gums. I have been told my multiple dentists over the course of the past 15 years that the stains would not lighten with bleaching treatment and very expensive veneers were my only option.

I took a chance and bought the Crest Supreme Professional strips off Amazon, and after two weeks, my stains are barely noticeable! It doesn't sound like yours are as bad as mine were, and you might be good with the Crest Advanced Seal strips. Those get the best reviews overall because they stick to your teeth the best. Read some reviews, I bet you will find some that will help you. The ones I used were 14% hydrogen peroxide and are reputed to cause extreme sensitivity, but the ones with a less concentration are supposed to be less painful.

The sensitivity I did have while using them went away after I stopped, and I just brushed with a sensitive teeth toothpaste and it wasn't that bad.
