Things the US Congress needs to get off their ass and do.
I'm with you on all the above except for the electoral college. I believe that would require a Constitutional amendment. Since more that one quarter of the States would have to volunteer to give up some of their Constitutional authority, then I contend it is mathematically impossible to ever change that. :twocents:
I'm not sure how we get past the two party monopoly problem, but, I agree, we need to. The current two party system is a joke that is corrupted beyond repair. :twocents:
