first indoor attempt....any advice to make my firsttime a decent 1?

ok..my grow box for now is 16"/16"/48"...wraped in alluminum foil all the way around...lighting is 8 48" flur 32 watt 6500k "21,600lumens" 24hrs... near steady temp at 80degree...and a medium size fan for circulation...it's been 4days since sprout from soil...everything seems to be going good any advice to make it better other than lighting..gonna switch hps when flowering begins...i post pics tomorrow just got 1 plant and its roughly 4" in 4 days

Is your box 16" tall? Or 48" tall???

1 plant really thats over kill unless you vegg it for 5 months
im using 8 -26wat cfl's and in day 46 of flower, (4 plants)
works well
