I'm wanting the laws for possessions and cultivation (growing).

Last time I checked, you can have up to a half ounce (14 grams) of bud on you, and you get your bud taking away, and no fine, no record.

More than that, you get a criminal record, I think.

Growing laws, you can grow 1-3 (I think 1 only) plant on your property all summer long. If cought, the plant get's ripped out, no criminal record, and depending on how big it is, you might get a punishment, or some fine, I'm not sure.


I live in British Columbia, Canada.
