Need some test advice, I have read as much posts as I could, just a few questions

OBLIGATORY STORY HERE

6'2 275 lbs, not incredibly active. I have been a smoker since I was about 17 years old (I am 28 now), and its on a nightly basis. Today is Wednesday and I have been abstaining since last Friday, I also have been home testing myself for the last couple days.

I have read great amazing dilution advice from people like N2 and have seen other contributors like Burnttoast and FBR, and I have some questions that still linger just due to the sheer date they were posted. Forgive me as I have honestly tried to read as many as possible, and I dont want to post outside of the guidelines, but go easy on me... Im a tad worried.

My test is today (wednesday) at around 3pm (although I can wait as long as 5 pm), again I havent smoked since Friday.

I am following the dilution method very closely, however one of the questions I have is on Asprin. I am finding conflicting information on this site and others that says that I should be taking it, and also information that says it will interferre. I could use clarification on that.

I did buy an Strip NC pill, but I havent used it yet, as alot of the advice here on the site strongly suggests thats a magic pill that simply wont work. So I am leaning heavily to returning it.

I woke up this morning at 6am, have been drinking water very heavily. I also drank my usual 16 OZ of red bull (I heart redbull), I have not eaten a single thing all day. Currently its 11am, and I have begun the intervals of large amounts of Gatorade. I have taken suppliments of vitamins that include plenty of B vitamin, and even have been consuming generous portions of red meat prior to today. I know this post is somewhat scatter brained, I am just incredibly stressed out.

Before I go to this test I plan on consuming a total of 64 OZ of orange gatorade, and a gallon of water during timed intervals. I have been voiding pretty much all morning with the color of the urine being a light yellow. The most recent home test I took 20 mins ago showed another positive for THC. I am getting so worried and would appreciate clarification on the following things.

-Asprin, yes or no?
-Should I consume more than I am planning, exactly what I am planning, or less than I am planning.
-Any other advice that maybe I missed putting up here already would be incredibly helpful.

The people on this site that moderate seem to really know what they are talking about and for that I am grateful. Again I apologize if this is post # 9 million on the same thing, again Ive been scouring and these are the things I still have in my mind.

This is a labcorp test and as far as I know it might be DoT (MIGHT, I am a driver afterall, but am NOT testing for a medical card, and I am also a contractor not even an employee)

Did you not read my post, the closing post of the Dilution "sticky"?

It states that the aspirin step is outdated and can be skipped, along with the reason (and supportive link) why..

Being honest, I missed the entire last page of the dilution sticky, and I am not entirely sure how. My apologies on that one. Again refer to stress, and a little bit of freak out, patience my friend... patience.

at any rate, stupid drug test got cancelled today and will be rescheduled in about 7 days, which is good cause all the home tests were coming up negative.

The most recent home test I took 20 mins ago showed another positive for THC.

Lets please exhibit a bit of consistency here, okay? It would help a long way in obtaining the helpful advice that youre seeking.

Now that youve got 7 days, thats plenty of time to acquire a substituted sample - IF your home test (still) shows a positive.
