I don't get it the soil ball looked like it was covered in salt n I hadn't been giving nutes, I had given nutes three time in a month at 1/5th strength so I don't see how it could be from that!?? But after loosening alot of the old soil and repotting in fresh 6.8 soil and watering with 7.0 I really don't see how it instantly drops to 5.0!? What the hell am I doing that's slowly turning my soil to acid again n again!!?? Blaahhh!!!

Your not re-using soil are you? And I always rinse my ffof before putting my plants in it, that soil is awesome, but it's super hot. I have also ran into bad batches of soil where I could just not get the ph in check. I went back to my hydro store and they gave me a new bag of soil. After that I bring my ph meter right to the store and poke it through the bag to get a quick reading. There is so much debate about ffof and getting bad batches, people think it cant happen it not possible, but it is.

Ok so I'm going to use this as an actual log for my start up with new construction so bare with me there may be some time between postings but I'm hoping I can get some feed back from the community, I'm gonna set up a grow room with 3 stations a fair size veg room for side by sides until I find my absolute perfect set up I'm not scared of mess ups so we can have some fun here! A flower room, and a small shelf or work bench in one of the rooms for germ/clone, prep, tools, etc... I for now I'm Rating: 5
