I had a great appointment with Dr. B at http://healthychoicesunltd.com last week - a REAL cannabis doctor! He spent an hour with me talking about my conditions, and discussed dosage and techniques for better pain management.
He spent at least 40 minutes with me. While that may seem like it might be no fun - IT WAS. I learned allot.
Anyway, check 'em out. Ask about increased count.copobo Reviewed by copobo on . dr rec I had a great appointment with Dr. B at http://healthychoicesunltd.com last week - a REAL cannabis doctor! $60 for renewal, +$50 for IPC. I think they were $80 for new patients. they also had a service they charged for that involved them putting the paperwork together and mailing it in for you, but unless you are 1. rich and 2. an idiot, you don't need that. They do an awesome job of preparing your paperwork without the service, you just get to go to the post office and buy a money order and send certified.

I mailed my stuff in on 2/2, we'll see how long it's taking these days. There MUST be fewer people in the program w/64 up and running. Considering I have the medical conditions, I prefer the extra legal coverage. The Dr. above told me they keep the paperwork to back up the IPC should that ever be needed. Most docs don't give a crap. It was an extensive talk, but one I enjoyed.

good luck. do you get a temporary card to get you access to the coops while you are waiting? I think that was the case at one time but I'm not sure. I want to move out there too and take advantage of the prop 64 grow rights. I can't even imagine how cool it must be to grow totally legal. here in Oklahoma growing herb is two years to life in prison but cross the border and I can grow all I need for free and be completely legal. fuckin crazy. yeah, i'm moving. :greenthumb:

First timers can use their paperwork while waiting. We're expecting clowns, criminals, and all sorts. Some here don't care if it's legal or not...never did....never will. You'll be able to spot 'em....They'll be laughing the hardest.
