FBR I have been reading your posts and you seem to know what your talking about...this is literally my first post so I hope somehow this gets to you....your posts make me feel like the best way to pass a u/a I to just not smoke.Unfortunately that sucks for someone who is probably addicted. I haven't seen my question posted so I figured I'd ask...is it possible that a kidney flush would speed up the process of detox since your kidneys play a part in cleaning your body of toxins? Just wondering would appreciate any insight

The answer to your question is no. You cannot increase GFR (the rate in which THC metabolites are filtered from the bloodstream by the kidneys) by increasing fluid intake once youre properly hydrated. FBR has already covered this and can be found by doing an Advanced Search with the terms "once properly hydrated kidneys work better"..

But there are actual ways to flush your kidneys I don't wanna dilute them but actually clean them out...I hear you are supposed to fast during your kidney cleanse...so wat exactly is the difference in flushing your kidneys and efficiently hydrating them?

Youre not understanding how the process works. The kidneys filter THCA from the bloodstream and deposits them into the bladder for the eventual exit. The filteration rate is constant, varying only in length between voids. You cannot permanently "flush your kidneys" or your bladder of THC by drinking fluids.

By drinking fluids, the only thing youre accomplishing is diluting the THCA concentration that is present in the bladder. This dilution phenomena is only temporary. Once the fluids ingested are voided out, the bladder is replenished with fresh THCA-laden urine and thus the donor is right back to square one. There is nothing that can be done to prevent the kidneys from filtering THCA from the bloodstream.
