I havent posted on this site in awhile so hello to everyone and i have been trying to compare my wax
with others and every one in a med state that i meet and that i let smoke some of my wax says its right
on par if not better.
so basically i show you mine you show me yours and if any one in a med state that actually specializes in
concentrates could chime in a give your 2 cents.
oh and i dont whip any thing, whipping is bad for the concentrates, vac purge
everything i touches turns to wax

Hey what's up I am experienced in extracts and chemistry. As my name suggests I do qwiso and from every method I've ever heard after you finish you end up with the pure cannaboids which are a liquid
So my question is how do you make your wax? Do you just not winterize it and that's what makes it like that

I wont tell you exactly in detail because I am crazy and I am convinced I have figured
out the secret. I have yet to see any one that is not in a med state have the same
quality wax as me, and from what i have read and heard it sounds like its harder and
more expense to get a wax concentrate over any of the "goos" or shatter.
so I am confident that the wax is more pure then anything gooey

But back to a little bit of the madness that is my method
vector gas, i have a 2-3oz glass extraction tube, metal and plastic are porous and any one using those is probably
getting extra goodies, blast over tray scrape and vac pure it
fresh bud and trim wax up more quickly it depends on the strain

Ah I see lol I like you. Check out my qwiso guide I would post link if I knew how ha but yea I got my answer. You have a good system going but if you notice when you smoke it do you get a slight waxy film in your mouth those are the lipids and wax that gets extracted as well after winterizing the wax drops out of solution and is yellow or red depending on strain.. What's left is a liquid at room temp and "glass" when frozen
Now then if aint broke don't fix it. If everyone is saying your stuff is the best thing they've had ,stick with what your doing!!!
But maybe try my way just once

ill go out on a limb, are you saying there is wax in the butane that is getting trapped in my bho?
the paraffin wax that is in ronson butane to help lube the lighters?

Yea after you have your final product that you would normally produce go to the liqur store and get everclear dissolve your extract in it put it in the freezer after 48 hours the alcohol will get cloudy. Pour it through a coffee filter and then yes you will see actual wax in the filter. Now get rid of the alcohol and smoke your extract.
That is winterizing.. Doing an etoh wash freeze 48hrs wax will precipitate out and will actually purge any butane or hexane
Hexane is the longest "light" hydrocarbon and Is better than butane, less aggressive and water soluble
Anyway that's just from my scientific perspective

Anyway I said to use 99% iso and do an etoh wash. That's ethanol to you sorry when I came across this thread I thought you were goona be another knowledgable hash lover such as myself
