test in a week!!!

i have to take a urine test in a week.. i smoked 2 saturdays ago..and one more time 2 weeks before that. i'm 5'6 and 140lbs, i exercise about 2x a week. right now i'm just drinking alot of water and cranberry juice before the test.. but should i take Q carbo?? since i only smoked twice within the past month, will it be ok for a test next week?? thanks!!

You should be fine. Don't take my word for it but twice in one month you should be ok. Were you totally clean before you smoked? I smoked 6 times and 10 days and just found out I don't even have to worry about a test till after 5/26...until at least that. I wish you luck.

Nobody can be really sure, there is alot of variables. Post your results back to this thread. More and more individual examples of who is passing/failing can help others. Good Luck.
