    is this a MALE flower??

well if you think its a hermie then that prob means that its a feminized seed or female pistiles are showing but i think its a male because there are no pistiles at the internode but cant be shure so if i was you i would flower it alittle more untill i see male flowers and if it turns out to be a hermie you can just keep the flowers on to produce feminized seeds or you can take the time and just remove the male flowers as they apear (every couple days) and at all costs i would not waste a grow by cutting it down because its a shmale

well the only thing you can do is wait and see but if you think its a shmale then the plants either had some kind of light during the night cycle or its been under some other kind of other stress like PH level drop or rise suddenly ,nutes or any other condition like how your grow room is set up

Thats all up to you man. If its your only plant I would personally let it ride. You will still get smoke-able bud just with seeds. If you have more than one plant going I would give it the chop. No reason to mess up the others if there are any.
I know how ya feel. I just hermied two of my best looking girls cause I got lazy. Luckily i took clones so Ill soon find out if its the strain or the week of messed up temps. It usually takes a screw up for me to get motivated. haha
